Michon Martin Takes the CEO Reins at R&R Partners

The merchandise is geared toward R&R employees, with Vasillidis telling ADWEEK it serves as a rallying cry of sorts, adding, “Our culture here is to have all of our 300-plus employees feeling a real sense of belonging, a sense of purpose, a sense of mission. What’s the point of being here? What’s the purpose? What do we care about most?”

“This new branding embraces a fun, minimalistic tone that leans into the concept of ‘play,’ which is at the heart of everything we do,” chief creative officer Chuck Monn said in a statement. “We’re excited to have a fresh new look for the next chapter in the agency’s history.”

Vassiliadis has played a key role in tourism efforts for Las Vegas for four decades, highlighted by the iconic “What Happens in Vegas” campaign. He also served as an advisor to Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
