The Nationwide Labor Relations Board (NLRB) filed a criticism alleging that SpaceX illegally fired eight staff who wrote and distributed an open letter with office considerations.
Circulated in June 2022, the open letter referred to as out how SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk’s public conduct was harming the corporate’s status.
