Pretend feng shui professional busted for theft in QC


MANILA, Philippines — A person posing as a feng shui professional who allegedly stole jewellery and money value some P50 million within the final 9 years was arrested by the police in Quezon Metropolis for theft and estafa.

In a press release on Saturday, the Quezon Metropolis Police District (QCPD) stated that Ivan Borromeo, 40, alias Celine or Mark Lester Alvarez was collared in his residence in Barangay Socorro, Cubao, final January 11. 

His apprehension stemmed from arrest warrants issued by Presiding Choose Manuel Sta. Cruz Jr. of Quezon Metropolis Regional Trial Courtroom, Department 226. 

Investigation confirmed that Borromeo, pretending to be a feng shui professional, would  steal items of knickknack and cash from his shoppers who sought his providers.

Police stated he took kind of P50 million value of money and different objects from his victims since 2015. 

The suspect is at present underneath police custody, and the courtroom that issued his warrants will likely be notified relating to his arrest.
