We’ve mixed things up with a variety of styles, including boxing, yoga, tabata, pilates, HIIT, and even dance workouts. Whether you’re in the mood to sweat it out with some high-intensity training or prefer something more relaxing like yoga or pilates, there’s something here for everyone.

Plus you don’t need any equipment (although a yoga mat and hand weights are optional), all the workouts can be done right from the comfort of your own home.
