Pakistan ward off Bumrah fear factor amid uncertainty over his participation in Champions Trophy

Star Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s participation in the ICC Champions Trophy is in major doubt. However, Pakistan Cricket Team‘s interim head coach Aaqib Javed has claimed that his side’s entire planning won’t be around Jasprit Bumrah. He claimed it is always a plus point for any team to have a bowler like him.

But Pakistan is not at all afraid of Bumrah or the Indian Cricket Team. Instead, Aaqib claimed that playing in the ICC Champions Trophy is a very wonderful thing. Meanwhile, Bumrah is currently at the NCA, undergoing scans and reports for his stress injury on his injury.

The whole world awaits the India vs Pakistan clash in Dubai on 23rd February. Aaqib claimed Bumrah’s fitness is a bit of a worry. He then went on to speak highly about the tournament and how the top 8 teams of the world get a chance to take part in the tournament.

“They should be worried about Bumrah’s fitness. When you play in the Champions Trophy, the most beautiful thing about it is you can’t take any team lightly. The top eight best teams are playing. If any team has a bowler like Bumrah, it is a plus point. But it is not like we will plan everything around him,” Aaqib told reporters.
