What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
Terry Starks was my coach and he constantly motivated me. He said failure not an option, and we continued to push forward together. It was great having someone so encouraging. Today, he continues to follow up.
How did you change your eating habits?
Terry Starks tailored my meal plan according to our intake session. He continued to provide a variety, which helped me not to get bored with food.

I work out daily with Push Fitness. Coach H. keeps my workouts exciting.
