Nissan Design America teamed up with master chef Hiroyuki Terada to create this elegant handcrafted sushi knife from Japanese knifemaker Satoshi Kiryu. Its sleek, katana-like design was inspired by the Nissan 240Z and its modern descendant, the Z NISMO. It features a razor-sharp 210mm double-beveled blade, curved to reflect the sport’s car’s profile.
Its angled hardwood handle provides a sure grip, and is finished with black buffalo horn and a NISMO red accent stripe. Each of the 240 knives is individually numbered and etched with Chef Hiro’s signature on one side, and the Kiryu and Z logos on the other. An elegant black lacquered storage box rounds out this very special package for cooking and car enthusiasts alike.
