My personal take:

Its creators say the built-in AI helps users not only see their health stats, but understand what to do about them. Say you slept a full 8 hours, but still feel exhuasted. This ring keeps all of your stats in mind to help you find a solution.

My personal take:

A compact PC that actually delivers? I’ll take one. The Framework Desktop is proof that you don’t need a giant, RGB-packed tower to get serious AI computing and gaming power. As someone who loves a clean, minimal setup, I’m all for a PC that packs this much performance into a small form factor—without sacrificing upgradeability.

I’ve been training consistently since I was a teenager, so I was intrigued by the amp AI Workout Machine. It’s a smart resistance machine where AI adjusts the resistance in real time. This means it’ll add an 5 extra pounds when you’re ready, or take it off if you’re slacking. This certainly saves time and hassle during a workout!
Meanwhile, the gadget itself is minimal and doesn’t take up much space—though it is wall mounted, so you’ll need room for that. What’s more, it’s easy to use; I could pick it up and start using it right away since it’s quite similar to resistance-band training.
My personal take:

Accessing a speech therapist isn’t always easy. The closest one to you might be an hour’s drive away, and even if you’re willing to commit, they may be fully booked for months. The team at Braindeck aims to help with its Bling wearable. It’s an improvement tool for speech disorders. Using AI-enhanced technology, this gadget adapts to you and your progress to improve your speech with every session.
As a mom of 2 kids who have undergone years of speech therapy, I know first-hand the difference it makes. While this wearable is intended for adult users, it’s a lifeline for anyone who needs intervention but, for various reasons can’t attend in-person sessions with a therapist. The device recognizes sign language and includes a mini-projector for displaying words in text and voice reconstruction technology.
My personal take:
